1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or schedule services.

2. Services Provided

Allklean Services offers professional exterior cleaning services including, but not limited to:

• Residential & commercial window cleaning
• Gutter cleaning
• Solar panel cleaning
• House and roof washing
• Screen repair
• Exterior light cleaning
• Holiday lighting installation
• Recurring service plans (monthly, quarterly, bi-annual)

3. Scheduling, Cancellations & Rescheduling

To reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

4. Rain Check & Service Warranty

We offer a 10-day rain check warranty. If weather conditions affect your freshly cleaned windows within 10 days of service, we’ll come back to touch up at no extra charge. This policy is subject to weather verification and technician discretion.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our work. At the end of each job, our team will walk the property with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. If we missed a spot, you can contact us within a reasonable timeframe and we’ll return to correct it — no extra charge.

6. Payment Terms

Invoices must be paid within 30 days of the service date. Failure to do so may result in:

• Late fees
• Service suspension
• Filing of a contractor lien (where applicable under Texas law)

If you anticipate payment issues, please contact us before the 30-day period ends.

7. Pre-Existing Damage & Liability Disclaimer

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to windows, seals, or surrounding property. Examples include:

• Pre-existing cracks or chips in glass that worsen during cleaning
• Broken window seals that result in internal leaking
• Rot, corrosion, or wear that fails under normal cleaning pressure

Customers are required to inform our technicians of any damage prior to the start of the job. Failure to disclose such conditions may void liability coverage.

8. Website Use

This website is provided for informational and booking purposes only. You may not:

• Use this site for unlawful purposes
• Copy or reuse site content without written permission
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or interact with the site
